Very neat and presentable. You had the main necessities needed to cook, wash, etc. Kids loved that there was a heated pool in the building, so even though it was cold they had something to do.

There wasn’t a specific person you can just call and ask a question, we needed extra towels and we needed to wait to wash and dry the ones given to us in the room. Of your swimming this would be a problem. the building had no parking. This made everything stressful we had to keep moving the car because everything was only 2 hrs parking in the city , we put the car in the overnight parking (southern cross station car park) after 4 but u need to wake up 6 am to move it so you don’t incur late fees , $22 if you move it before 6 or $50 + if you leave it longer.. we drive up to Melbourne so we had to deal with this stress, I don’t remember reading that there wasn’t parking included in this stay until instructions were given out, and if it was written they need to make it more clearer .
