The car park and lift setup. Really need to read the instructions in detail.

Communication and Instructions from host was excellent.
The property was perfect and we were very comfortable.
Some instructions on accessing the pool, however we probably wouldn’t have had time.

Has good potential
Extremely poor communication skills from owner / host. We needed to confirm 4 times that we needed the advertised "free cot" and once we got to the room it was broken in 2 places.
Air conditioning was poor.
Cleanliness of both bathrooms was poor, mold on nearly surface.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable in 2 guest rooms.
Acquiring the room / parking key was one of the most unconventional ways of doing things we have encountered in our years of travelling and using bookings.
