Amazing location with tram right outside. Staff are helpful but make sure you read the check in information and watch the video on how to access the property! They provided access to the outdoor pool and the indoor pool (located in another building). Gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool area has a hot tub, gym and sauna

Staff were amazing, had issues with wifi and they came out, it was as simple as ensuring the connection was turned on. Location is awesome, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, though only a few minutes away via tram, which is only around the corner.

Location was excellent. In quiet district, but only yards from restaurants and a large supermarket/mall, and with a tram stop right outside the front door. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable bed. Secure car parking available. Didn’t try pool or gym, so can’t comment on those.

Air-con was a bit difficult to work out, even following instructions.

This apartment is in a wonderful location and has a beautiful view of the city! The location is wonderful for catching the trams and you are walking distance from many shops, restaurants and amenities. Parking is secure and communicating with staff was easy.

When you book an apartment you are intending to cook meals otherwise why not stay in a hotel? This in mind - The range hood above the kitchen doesn’t work. There’s only one plug for the three different sinks in the residence and there’s no hand soap provided for the kitchen. Providing some basic staples such as these would really help. The grout in the showers could really do with a proper clean/regrouting. The window in the main bedroom has a draught - the weather stripping is coming away in the top corner - I think that would make the bedroom freezing in winter!
