Quiet. Short drive to DFO and The District Docklands. Balcony and night view is pretty even though nearby constructions are still ongoing. We had a total 3 adults and 2 kiddos. The size of room is perfect.
For guests who are staying for more than 5 nights, it will be good to include a one time complimentary cleaning. The bathrooms only comes with rain shower - perfect if normal shower can be installed. We stayed for 7 nights but only 3 sachet of dishwashing powder and laundry powder are provided. The trash bags is too small for the trash bin and not enough too.

Good location easy check in and easy check out
Showers weren’t clean properly and the fans didn’t work properly smelled like mould

Location, quality of the appt, quiet.
Though that booking with Booking.com was alll that was going to be required.
Was not told of secondary booking process which was unexpected, convoluted, and somewhat confusing.
Would have been far better to have been given a heads up through Booking.com.
