The view was exceptional and the apartment was well appointed with views as per the images. You are located right on the end of the Bourke/Collins st tram line which is super helpful. There is a convenient supermarket only 5mins away which is awesome, good coffee shops and very close to decent dining and south wharf. We would stay again.
We were there for 4 nights with 6 people and while it was really great, there weren’t enough basic supplies provided for that length of stay for that many people. For example dishwashing liquid, a spare tea towel/dishcloth, a cleaning spray and a couple more bathroom soaps could be good to help people keep things clean. While we managed, be prepared to pick up some supplies if you are staying any longer than that as only the absolute minimum basics are supplied and may end up leaving anything you purchase, especially if you’re flying with cabin luggage only. Two bed pillows per person would also be good.

Needs maintenance.. ensuite shower head is blocked, ensuite sink tap re hard to open, floor tiles broken, will need replacemebt.
