Awesome location, great communication from accommodation provider. Super clean apartment with beautiful view of the river and city, especially at night. Very happy. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, great outlook over waterfront, indoor pool and the host was very helpful with anything I needed.

The location was okay, but if you need to eat, you will need to catch a tram back to the city, especially on a weekend when the coffee shops are shut. The room is a private room in a big residential building, so the owner is off site and the staff at the front desk were very helpful as we had trouble checking in. It has a nice view of Melbourne. We didn't use the pool, it looked nice.

The check in process, I didn't realise that until I had booked and paid that I then needed to do a Google document login, and then upload my photo ID, and then deposit a security deposit, (something I have never experienced with BOOKING.COM interstate or overseas before) the deposit took over 4 weeks to return after I had chased it up (booked and paid under different names) the check in experience was poor, the owner was busy and hadn't sent the details of the key box, there is only one key, so if you are a family it's not ideal as you need the key to lock the door when you leave.
