The second floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with ensuite, along with the main family bathroom. With three bathrooms in total, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups while providing plenty of privacy and convenience.
A private courtyard offers a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. One pet is welcome with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
