Welcome to this beautifully positioned historic Victorian terrace, just one block from iconic St Kilda Beach and moments from The Espy, Luna Park, Acland Street, supermarkets, and endless dining options. With stunning beach views from the balcony, a sunny courtyard with BBQ, hydronic heating, and air conditioning upstairs, this charming home offers relaxed coastal living with every modern comfort. Bedding Configuration
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite, TV
Bedroom 2: Double bed + single bed, built-in desk
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, TV
Single fold-out bed available (fits in either queen room or upstairs living)
Downstairs, all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are conveniently located, along with a fully enclosed courtyard featuring an outdoor dining setting and BBQ—perfect for long summer evenings. A full laundry with washer and dryer is also on this level.
Upstairs, the spacious, light-filled living and dining area opens to a balcony overlooking the Esplanade. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks with beautiful glimpses of the bay. A powder room is located on this level for convenience.
The separate kitchen includes a smaller dining space, breakfast bench seating, and a fully equipped setup with a Nespresso machine for your morning brew.
With trams just two minutes away and St Kilda’s best attractions within easy walking distance, this is the ideal base to experience one of Melbourne’s most vibrant beachside suburbs. We look forward to hosting you
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Overall we enjoyed the stay at the home I know one of the couples were commenting on the shower in the main bathroom downstairs that they had to stand a long way back as they were short to have a decent shower and water went outside the bath. Our other question was the parkiing permits were expired even though we used them and no fine yet but that did concern me a little but other than that we had a fabulous week thankyou. The couple that got there first couldnt access the keylock with number we were given but eventaully got in using emergency key loock box.

Our main disappointment with this house was due to these issues - glass shards in the carpet, very marked carpet stains covered by rugs, few drinking glasses, dirty floor tiles in the kitchen. The manager explained that the owner had had a large party there. That's no excuse. The requested highchair arrived, but no drinking glasses, so we bought our own. There was no washing line, just a flimsy clothes horse and no pegs. The family bathroom is tiny and also contains the laundry. The position if fantastic, and we enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants.

This comfortable, roomy home was the perfect space in a wonderful location. St. Kilda was fun to explore on foot and it was so convenient to be just a couple blocks from a tram stop. The house was immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions. My only regret was that the weather was too windy and rainy for us to enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor space, but they looked very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
