The location and size of the town house.
They don’t give you the option about if you are going to use the parking or not, they just take $27 from your card assuming you’re using it. Also a 12 minute walk to pick up keys which is quite hard when you have a heaps of bags with you to drag around. Other than that it is great!

The location was excellent, couldn't be in a better spot close to everything you need and was a quiet street considering it was in the heart of Docklands.
The advert said 7 beds but on arrival only 6 which is why we went with this property to accommodate the 7 of us. leaving one guest to find alternative accommodation.
The pillows had the consistency of cotton wool may as well not have had any.
toilet seats broken and some general maintenance is lacking.
The front gate was damaged and the wall holding it up severely damaged upon arrival opened the gate and nearly had my hand caught between the gate and the wall as the gate fell only thing that stopped it completely falling were the wires in the intercom. should have been notified not to use it at all it is quite dangerous.
