Not clean the fact they ask for cleaning fee security deposit prior check in . I dont think it was clean enough during our stay. Curtains broken just tied on the side. Cigarette leftover outside the courtyard.Mirror wasn’t clean and microwave wasn’t working during our stay. We just stay to sleep.

Accommodation Review – ReadySet Apartments Address: 62/538 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne We recently stayed at ReadySet Apartments and were pleased with the property’s location, which was perfect for our trip. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and quiet. The building was easily accessible.

However, there were a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, accessing the key was challenging as the key pickup was located at a separate location from the accommodation itself. The instructions provided for entering the building were somewhat unclear, which led to some confusion upon arrival. When it came to the car parking roller door remote, this was already in the apartment and not provided with the apartment key. This meant there was no opportunity to park outside the building to retrieve it and driving around the block on countless occasions was time consuming and frustrating until a car park was available. This made accessing the parking area difficult and a huge inconvenience. We made an assumption to park on level 5 as there was no instruction in which floor to park on, only to later find a note on the car informing us that we had parked on the wrong floor. A clearer parking guide or instructions would have been very helpful as we were on level 6 and the car park doesn’t go to level 6. We also noticed a distinctive food aroma in the apartment, and corresponding foyer, which we weren’t sure whether came from the restaurant below or another part of the building. Whilst somewhat overwhelming, it was noticeable during our stay and made sure we kept the door to the apartments balcony open whilst we were there. In terms of accessibility, we had some difficulty with the lift as well. We were staying on level 6 but couldn’t access the car park directly from that floor, which made moving luggage somewhat inconvenient. The lift only seemed to operate between the ground floor and level 6, for the key fob so accessing other floors required using stairs. I.e level 5 for the car park. Finally, we experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi. We were unable to connect our phones, and the internet connection on the TV was unstable, frequently freezing or dropping out. The TV also appeared to lack an aerial, limiting viewing options.
