The location is fantastic, and the suite was large and comfortable, with a nice living area to relax in when needed. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom clean.

The reception is a little hard to find, as they share the building with another hotel. The A/C is ducted, and changing the temperature wasn't easy. There is also a note in the kitchenette saying that you will be charged for any unwashed items, which I feel is ridiculous. You're already paying for the room, and cleaning costs (such as a couple of dirty plates) shouldn't be an added cost, it should be a standard feature.

Excellent location and quiet food the central city. Good facilities with good kitchenette.

Bit stingy with the towels eg; no hand towels or extra towels. Hard to find the property- need to mention it is the top floors of the Mantra Hotel

I had read several negative reviews regarding the check-in process before our stay. However, I personally did not find it difficult. The instructions were clear, and the check-in process was straightforward, especially if you take the time to read the instructions before arriving. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very convenient and within easy walking distance of both tram and train services. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The facilities in the room were quite good, although some of the furnishings and amenities appeared a little dated. The apartment also included a washing machine, which was very easy and convenient to use. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It appears that housekeeping service is not provided daily, although this was not an issue for us. The kitchen area included complimentary coffee, tea, and milk, which was a nice touch. However, the drawers and cutlery trays did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned for some time. We found hair and dust around the spoon, fork, and knife tray. This is an area that could be improved with greater attention to detail during cleaning. We also tried breakfast at Alibi, but unfortunately, we did not feel it offered good value for money. The black coffee was pre-prepared and served from a pot, and the selection of food available at the buffet was quite limited and not particularly appealing. Overall, these areas could be improved, particularly the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and the quality and variety of the breakfast offering.

Great location and good solution for a family with 4 kids. We wanted parking and breakfast and enough beds for all of us, so this was a great choice. It's dated but clean. Breakfast is excellent. .Location was the best bit.

Main complaint - the heating and cooling vent does not stop and you can not open windows. It was stuffy. Temperature is all over the shop and the sound makes sleeping a little difficult.
