I liked the room. I liked that it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
I didn’t like the comfort of the pillow and bed. The shower door kept opening while in the bathroom. There were no slippers in the room and I had to ask for these.

Breakfast OK, same as just about every other Australian hotel, nothing special and annoying paying for coffee separately on top of breakfast.
But staff excellent, service great.
Make oatmeal available every day and add steamed dumplings! Plus stop sending a lot of gratuitous messages requesting response/commentary on hotel/accommodation/etc.
But you would be hard-pressed to find anything else to complain about as it ticked about every box.
