Beautiful premises and incredible service. Loved the Douglas Club and the buffet breakfast! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional. Great location and easy to catch the tram right outside! We loved our stay

Wonderful staff - ever single staff member we encountered had a genuine smile and warm greeting. Anything we needed was delivered promptly to our room without fuss or question. Breakfast was terrific too - wide variety of everything your heart could possible desire each morning. The hotel location was perfect - tram right outside and easy walking distance to everything within the CBD. The in-house cocktail bar was great too, and we got 25% off all food and drink. The cocktail staff were happy to recommend lovely drinks and mix whatever you wanted. My daughter and I felt very safe in the hotel. The staff are honest and trustworthy. I noticed I had lost a diamond earring on our first morning but the room attendant found it while he was cleaning and simply left it on the bathroom vanity waiting for me. I had not told any staff member I had lost it at that point (I could have lost it anywhere between the Gold Coast airport and the hotel!), so he did this as a matter of course, quietly and honestly, without instruction. Can't say much more than that, right? Just perfect.
