Luxury Coastal Escape - Spacious Group Accommodation

Very spacious. Rooms were very big and comfortable . The bbq and commercial fridge were first class. The abundance of pots, pans, cups, glasses, crockery and cutlery were perfect. The heating was magnificent, the games room spacious and furniture was mostly comfy. The entry instructions and all other details were very clear.

The stools were a bit hard but did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves.

It is a large house able to accomodate our whole family with each family group able to have their own ensuite. The dining area with large table and enough chairs enabled us to all sit around the table together. A well appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry was helpful for meal preparations etc. Two inside sitting areas as well as a large outdoor area for relaxing or eating. The gas fire was very warming. There is also a cosy sitting area upstairs with another TV so the opportunity for a large group to spread out. The games room had three well selected activities which provided much family fun. The house is situated in a quiet street in close proximity to many attractions including the beach which is just a short walk away.

We did have difficulty getting the lock box open to obtain the key. Coming into the house felt a bit dark and cold. We had difficulty getting the heating and gas fire to come on. It would have been helpful to have the operation manuals out where they would be easily seen rather than in the second top drawer of the buffet. The games room was a lot of fun but very noisey. Not sure if a door would stop the noise coming into the living area. For us it would have been better to have a different arrangement of beds upstairs-the double bed in the room with the ensuite and the bunk style bed in the room without an ensuite.

Modern well equiped home

Beautiful home with everything you could need for a family. Location was great. Peninsula Holiday Rentals were very good to deal with.

We couldn't use the oven as it was filthy but when we made Peninsula Home Rentals aware of this they offered to have someone come clean it.
