Spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Position of the apartment was perfect for our night in St Kilda.

The apartment was great overall! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. We were really happy with the apartment itself.

Unfortunately, we had no hot water during our stay. There was a note advising us to wait around 30 minutes for the hot water, which we did, but it still didn’t heat up. This was disappointing, especially when wanting to shower. I’d also suggest adding some clearer photos of the front of the building to make it easier to find, as well as mentioning that you need to drive down an alleyway to access the parking.

Nice location & very spacious apartment

The location was excellent and it was very clean. The kitchen facilities were good and we appreciated the washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom beautifully renovated.

The apartment layout was extremely awkward for a group of adults. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom to get to the bathroom. Likely the first bedroom was originally intended as a living area. So this offers No privacy whatsoever. There was also nowhere to sit other than on the bed or in the foyer area with bar stools. This is deceptive as the photos show pictures of living areas, however the listing must include photos from other apartments. This setup may be fine for a family with young children, however everyone has to pile into one bed to watch the TV. We were a group with adult children. They did not stay and sought alternative accommodation making this an expensive break. I feel that the layout should be communicated in the listing. The reason for booking an apartment rather than a hotel is to have space to sit and this did not offer any comfort or privacy. There is also a tiny 50 litre hot water heater which is also inefficient for 3-4 people. This supposedly reheats after 10 minutes however it is closer to 30 mins. Overall, we were very disappointed in the space and feel it would be well suited to a one bedroom apartment with a living area.
