About this apartment rental
Beautiful spacious apartment with terrace, sea view and underground parking.
Elegant and modern decoration and magnificent view of Monaco.
Ideally located, with direct access to Monaco from the building by the residence lift. You will have quick access to the Grimaldi Forum and the Larvotto beach. The Casino is also a 10-minute walk from the residence
The large 35m2 terrace will allow you to sunbathe and take your meals in a comfortable garden furniture.

I will not be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team will be there to assist you during your stay every day between 10am and 8pm

The car park without being spacious has correct dimensions 2.4 wide and 1.90m high
The elevator in the building has an exit to Monaco.
You will like this accommodation for its proximity to the Monte-Carlo district: Grimaldi Forum, Larvotto beach, Casino.
For its comfort since each room is equipped with air conditioning.
For its large 32m2 terrace and its magnificent view of the sea.
For its underground parking with direct elevator to the apartment.
The apartment is composed of:
A large bright living room with
Fully equipped kitchen: coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
A dining table for 4 people and access to a large 32m2 terrace with garden furniture and a sea view balcony overlooking the front of the building.
A lounge area with 65" SmartTV, sofa and Wifi
A comfortable first bedroom with Queen size bed and storage, and 50" TV in the master bedroom with Apple TV, so you can enjoy all your streaming programs (Netflix, Amazon prime, etc...)
A second bedroom with double bed and storage.
The rooms overlook the back of the building, they have a balcony overlooking a busy street but there is efficient double glazing.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, recently renovated
As said before, there are elevators which allow almost direct access to the Principality of Monaco.
- You will have a designated place under the building for your vehicle.
-Nice airport is 34 minutes by car from the apartment
- You can also come by train and stop at Monaco station, then you will have to take buses 18 or 24 from the station to get to the apartment.
- the 608 bus also takes you from the airport to Place des Moulins, you can then walk up
The residence is secured with cameras and locked entrance.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental as well as an arrival kit to help you start your holiday.
In this kit you will find small shampoos and soaps, two rolls of toilet paper and Nespresso coffees.
Cleaning fees include cleaning and rental of sheets
A hair dryer, a straightener and a curling iron are also at your disposal.
