Perfect!

Very clean and modern apartment. Situated in a quiet location but also still close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back and stay here again. 5*

Parfait pour le confort, mais gros problème de stationnement, même hors saison.

Le confort, la propreté, la décoration neutre mais agréable, le calme, et la chambre principale spacieuse et claire, les explications claires pour l’accès à l’appartement.

Dans l’appartement, la salle de bain est très mal équipée en tablettes pour poser le nécessaire, (bien qu’il y est un placard) et le lavabo peu pratique. Il manque un manuel des appareils de l’appartement, Tv et décodeur, cuisinière, chauffage….. Mais surtout le parking. Il y a un box qui serait formidable si on pouvait rentrer son véhicule. la rue est étroite et face au box, il y a un parking moto qui empêche toute manœuvre si vous avez un véhicule type tiguan ou autre. De plus,ne pouvant pas utiliser le box, on ne peut se garer dans la rue qui est une impasse avec horodateur. Les parkings des environs sont à plus de 400 m et tous payants bien sûr. Budget à prévoir 25€ minimum par jour si vous avez un véhicule type routière. A noter, appartement au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur.

Ottimo per chi vuole vivere la bellezza di Monaco e di Cap d’Ail.

La posizione è molto buona. Vicino c’è la fermata del bus che in pochi minuti ti porta ovunque a Monaco. A pochi metri c’è un piccolo market (pane, frutta, verdura ecc) che offre anche panini molto buoni. La zona e’ tranquilla e lo stabile molto ben curato. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio.

Dovrebbe fornire la doppia chiave altrimenti in un gruppo di adulti diventa difficile gestire l’andirivieni. Inoltre dovrebbe fornire un numero maggiore e variegato di asciugamani (occorre fornire almeno 1 asciugamano grande, 1 medio ed 1 piccolo a persona).

allora, appartamento non è male, molto pulito e carino, però a quel prezzo si aspetta anche un servizio di staff adeguato Eravamo in quattro e invece le biancheria del bagno erano solo per tre persone, praticamente solo tre asciugamani. Abbiamo chiamato lo staff abbiamo notificato in cui hanno risposto che è impossibile, ma comunque ha garantito che il giorno dopo venivano a portare 1 alla fine non si è fatta viva nessuno in due giorni. Abbiamo usato tre servette in quattro adulti. E non solo questo non sono state fornite le salviette per viso. Che sia un B&B o albergo sempre sono stati in Italia forniti in altro parte del mondo le salette due per la doccia e per il viso. Qui nulla.. cucina abbastanza attrezzata ma mancavano un asciugamano della cucina o un scottex . la cucino comunque ne abbiamo usato . Comunque, col prezzo lì si aspetta che le danno cose base e pensa che cose basse sono per tutti uguali. Qui sotto lo scrivo, punti che mancavano solamente a noi in tutto questo comunque appartamento è bello e do un bel voto...

In bagno mancavano alcuni asciugamani: c’era solo quello grande da doccia, ma mancavano quelli per il viso e il bidet. Di solito negli alberghi si fornisce un set completo da tre asciugamani a persona, mentre qui ce n’era solo uno. in pieno è stato usare tre salviette in quattro persone adulte che fanno doccia due volte al giorno sono stato piacevole. il garage troppo stretto, la mia macchina Mercedes classe E non c'è stata dentro( forse se non sono stati parcheggiati davanti lì motocicli in qualche modo avrei riuscito a fare una manovra, ma avendo davanti a parcheggio delle moto era proprio impossibile entrare in garage non abbiamo usato.. . Vai, fai sopra terrazzo non lo prendeva .

Byt je po důmyslné rekonstrukci. Veškerý servis zajištěn, plně vybavený byt. Parkování ve skvělé soukromé garáži hned po

Krásně zařízené bydlení k plnohodnotnému pobytu. Nechybělo nám tu nic. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma. Skvělé parkování, lokalita a celkový dům je skvěle rekonstruován. Byt je čistý a důmyslně řešený se spoustu odkládacího prostoru. Na střešní terase možno relaxovat, grilovat a užívat si výhledu na Monaco. Potěšil nás tradiční francouzský likér a zmrzlina v mrazáku.

Bel appartamento con box vicino al principato

Casa nuova, curata, ariosa, fornita di tante cose utili come microonde, stoviglie per 4, pentole. La posizione è appena fuori dal principato, 20 minuti a piedi e si è in centro, un autobus che passa vicino (anche se mai preso). Il garage è ampio, per un' auto medio grande. L'host sempre presente tramite massaggio e telefono, disponibile e gentilissimo venendo incontro il più possibile ad ogni esigenza

Solo un piccolo negozietto di quartiere in zona con prezzi un poco cari: fortunatamente ci eravamo attrezzati dei viveri da casa. Locali a bastanza distanti.
