Everything was fine, quiet building, clean rooms, newly renovated apartment, fully functional open kitchen, private parking place, AC unit (but only in one room), walking distance to the city center, clear instructions from the owner.

Nice apartment with a private parking in a safe building and calm area

Good location.. private parking… few minutes drive to the city center (around 10 minutes and depending on the traffic) very welcoming and supportive host.

If a few amenities were available, this apartment would have earned a rating of 10 out of 10 (such as an iron, ironing board, and washing machine). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, but it's only for the bedroom. If someone is going to sleep in the living room, they'll at least need a fan to cool the air. We asked the host for a fan, and Mr. Giona provided it immediately. I also take this opportunity to thank him for his support and assistance in providing us with valuable information about good restaurants in the city center and surrounding areas.

Amazing Property! Very well maintained and had all the necessary equipment, super clean towels, all utensils. Giona is amazing and super responsive!

It’s not actually a negative the security is very high which is good and that means you need to have the keys to open 3-4 doors.

Igényes apartman parkolási lehetőséggel, jó helyen

Nagyon igényesen felújított, szép, jól felszerelt apartman. Kiváló parkolási lehetőség az udvarban. A városközponttól kb. másfél km a távolság, de a 200 méterre lévő buszmegállóból gyakran járnak helyi buszok (lehet érdemes lenne erről, és jegyvásárlásról tájékoztatót betenni az apartmanba) Viszont nagyon közel van az Olmo Villa, és parkja, a tópart is. Bár ottlétünk idején éppen felújították.

A Check In-ről szóló információkat jó lett volna korábban megkapni, reggel, vagy előző napon, nem pedig amikor a kapuban vagyunk, több oldalas PDF-et böngészni mobilon, útleveleket fotózni. Első körben kicsit nehezen is volt elérhető a szállásadó, telefont nem vette fel, Bookingos felületen küldött üzenetre sem reagált, végül SMS-t írtunk, és Whatsapp-on keresztül jelentkezett, így tudtunk üzenetben kommunikálni. Ez így kicsit kellemetlen volt. Körúton voltunk, minden szállásnál előre kaptunk tájékoztatást a Cehck In-ről. Innen már gördülékeny, kedves volt a kommunikáció, sok információt megadott az éttermekről, programokról. Még egy észrevétel: jó lenne a nappali-konyha-étkező helyiség ablakaira fényáteresztő függöny, vagy valami megoldás, mivel a szemközti ház közel van, és belátnak. Sötétítő függöny van, de nincs kedve az embernek nappal besötétített szobában élni. Nem a szállásadó hibája, de a lift működése igen érdekes: iszonyú lassú, és csak a gombot folyamatosan nyomva közlekedik, belső ajtaja nincs.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wysoki standard oraz przyjazny i pomocny gospodarz. Zdecydowanie polecam

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Z apartamentu jest niewielka odległość do jeziora i deptaku, którym można dojść do starego miasta w koło 15 minut. Sam apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony i wszystkie rzeczy znajdujące się w nim są w wysokim standardzie. Do mieszkania przypisane jest miejsce parkingowe. Gospodarz jest bardzo serdeczny i szybko odpowiadał na zadawane pytania.

Struttura eccellente e molto consigliata

Posizione eccellente con parcheggio privato e sicuro, supermercato molto vicino inoltre e la struttura ha tutti i comfort ed elettrodomestici che possono servire. Arredata in maniera eccellente ed anche molto pulita.

Sur un séjour de 3 jours, nous avons du changer de logement pour le dernier jour car il y aurait eu des erreurs de date pour la réservation sur le site Booking
