Nice and spacious apartment
The apartment is very spacious, clean, it provided parking space in the front of the building and it is close to port / train station. The host is very nuce and helpful, we recommebd staying here.
There is no AC, only 2 fans, and the temperatures in Como were very high during the stay.

As it is not located in the city center, you will need to walk or take a bus to get there. But the walk along the lake is really nice – just enjoy it!

Spacious, lofty rooms and lovely view of the lake.
If you're looking for an ultra-modern apartment with updated mod-cons, this may not be the property for you. However, if you're not bothered by dated furniture and a slightly older apartment, you'll appreciate the unfussy, old-fashioned charm this apartment offers. High lofty ceilings, spacious rooms and lovely views of Como from the living room and master bedroom balcony, you'll appreciate the taste of authentic old Italy here. It had everything you would need, plenty of storage and we never felt cramped with the two large double bedrooms and dedicated living room. If you walk towards the lake you'll hit a lovely lake side promenade that also leads in the direction of a well stocked supermarket. It's very conveniently located without being in the centre of Como, with a lido pretty much just across the road that offers a sandy area, lake side swimming, swimming pools and reasonably priced pizzas for quick lunches. This apartment has a lot going for it, so if you're open to an apartment that maybe could benefit from a bit of an update but is otherwise clean, well organised and relatively cheap, you'll appreciate this lovely home away from home.
There wasn't much we didn't like, though I would suggest that standing fans could be provided for the bedrooms for comfort on the hotter days in Como, since there is no air conditioning in this apartment. We brought our own so it wasn't too uncomfortable.

De locatie, het uitzicht , 2 balkons, parkeren bij de flat. En heel authentiek ingericht.
Absoluut niet schoon. Bestek, glaswerk , servies, alles hiervan was vies. Keukenkastjes plakte van viezigheid. De keramische doucheknop was niet verstelbaar, waarschijnlijk door kalk of ouderdom. Het water was te warm om onder te staan.. Uiteindelijk is de host geweest, toen wij er niet waten. Zei dat de knop nu oké was, maar dat was absoluut niet waar.
