Luxury apartment with great Como view
The view is priceless. We caught the new year fireworks over Cono ! That alone is worth the trip to this apartment. The facilities are top notch - a separate laundry room with dryer, coffee machine, two dining tables. Smartly decorated, warm and very comfortable. A lot of space for our family of four. Sara was always available even on New Year’s Eve and very helpful with all sorts of issues - thank you Sara !
One small point to note is that there is a staircase leading up to the apartment door - there is no landing space in front of the door so you do have to be careful when opening the door as you will be standing on the staircase, with all your suitcases. Car parking is tight as is the case with most of Como but is reserved for residents and thankfully free. Theses are but minor points and we would still come back to this apartment in a heartbeat.

This is a great location with a fantastic view of lake Como!
This is a great location with a fantastic view of lake Como! The apartment is spacious and nicely renovated with every convenience to make your stay comfortable. Very clean. Host is a great communicator. Check-in instructions were simple and keys are collected from an on-site lockbox. There is a parking space provided (parallel park into dedicated spot) which is a real plus if you have a rental car. We were able to park there around 11:00 am and check-in later in the day once it was ready. We then walked down the hill to the conveniently-located bus stop that took you into the heart of lake Como within 10 minutes (2 Euro’ish). There is also a grocery store fairly close.

Great stay in Como
The apartment is fresh and clean. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The views are awesome. Everything looks better than in photos. The bus stop is in 2 minutes walk, the supermarket is also not far away. The house has everything you need for your stay. Sara prepared a great user-guide covering almost everything in the apartment and near by activities.
The road/street leading to the house is rather narrow. So I advise to rent a small car if you plan to use it more than twice.

Super logement pour un week-end prolongé au lac de Côme
Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur le lac de Côme. La propreté est également très appréciable, tout comme la modernité et l'insonorisation du logement. Nous avons aussi apprécié les volumes et l'agencement de l'appartement. Le classeur posé sur la table est également très bien fourni pour donner toutes les informations liées au séjour.
Tout était très bien même si nous pouvons soulever quelques points : - La literie était moyenne selon nous mais correcte. - La proximité avec des axes de circulation mais l'appartement est très bien insonorisé et calme à l'intérieur. - L'hôte est très sympathique et agréable mais pourrait anticiper un petit peu plus les informations liées aux départs et arrivées. Sinon rien à signaler.
