We were the group of friends, one of them with a baby. The apartment perfectly fit us - we all had own sleeping place. Also having 2 bathrooms was great. The apartment had everything for a baby - cot, high chair and even some dishes.
The location is overall great, it took us about 30 min to walk to the city center. Also the tram station was nearby.
The apartment was well equipped as well.
The cleaning personnel do not do their best - the floor was quite dirty especially in the bathrooms.
Also in one of the bathroom there was a bathtub and it would be nice to have a curtain there. Or at least some floor towels which can be used to wipe the water from the floor after the bathing.
Also the climate control system did not make it cooler in the apartment even if we set 18 degrees there, but there is a chance we just did not set it up properly.

Room temperature when we arrived.
Underground parking space with max hight 2.1m wasn't mentioned anywhere.
We managed to find a public parking space on the street in front of the block, and use the TPARK app for payment. Notice ! Do not park without pay because you will get a ticket 100% !

Muy amplio, súper limpio y cómodo. Tranquilo y en buena ubicación con conexión de transporte público y supermercados alrededor. Excelente comunicación en todo momento. Nos gustó mucho!
