Spacious and clean with good communication

No welcome pack, my friend and I are both holiday let owners, one in France and the other in Scotland. We both leave some tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits as a minimum welcome pack along with some shampoo. We think this is absolutely necessary for guests who are travelling, especially if it is a short term booking to be welcoming and also to avoid waste if guests have to buy large packs ten throw unused items away. One other point, the messages said that the Wifi details would be within one of the messages to follow, but this was not the case and as we arrived late in the evening, we had no wifi until our message requesting this was responded to the next morning.

The apartment was cosy and confortable. It had all the facilities you need. It’ s close to the metro, Corvin plaza mall, Lidl and all kind of restaurants.

It was quite inconvenient that the shower was leaking and one of the glass panels was missing from the shower enclosure, causing water to splash all over the bathroom. Also, a hook to hang the towel in the toilet room was missing.

Very good location and pretty clean apartment

Place was clean and location was very good. It's a bit out of the city which we didn't mind. Is close between two metro stations though and has a shopping centre and square of restaurants within a couple of mins walk. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Don't worry though there is a laundrette round the corner to dry what you wash.

Although there is a decent kitchen there was no tea bags, coffee, sugar, laundry tablets. Things that are usually in a rental and make things a little easier. We did buy and leave these items for future guests. Bathroom & shower room hold a musky smell. Towels aren't replaced or room hoovered as standard after two or three days. (Facility only available after 7 unless paid for)
