Первое, что произвело хорошее впечатление - прекрасный кондиционер, который был очень актуален при плюс 37. В квартире было чисто и очень тихо. Наличие второго санузла - удобная опция для семьи из четырёх человек. Понятная схема получения ключей. Особенно порадовал подземный паркинг с широкими паркоместами.
Неплохо было бы оборудовать кухню посудомоечной машиной. Район, в котором расположена квартира - немного грязноват.

очень просторно, есть два санузла, кухня, удобная мебель, хороший интерьер!
не очень чистые коридоры в здании, номер находился на углу здания, часть лестничного коридора на открытом воздухе, зимой холодно
