Mieszkanie w bloku na 6 piętrze z windą i podziemnym darmowym garażem. w dobrej lokalizacji. Mieszkanie składa się z 3 sypialni i salonu w pełni wyposażone. Bardzo blisko do tramwaju, autobusów oraz metra.
Brak własnego balkonu, brak zamknięć w drzwiach do toalety i łazienki, ale nie były to rzeczy uciążliwe.

Locatie buna, instructiuni foarte bune, parcarea foarte ok, compartimentarea spatiului buna.
Curatenia a fost facuta superficial, mobilierul din living foarte uzat, canapeaua si paturile sunt foarte uzate, asternuturile foarte, foarte uzate si scamosate (am dormit intr-o singura pozitie, peste pilota, care era mai okish). Obiectele sanitare si ele uzate, tocul de la usa din baie s-a umflat de la apa si arata foarte rau.
