The location, value for the money and the equipment you can find in the apartment is great! There was coffee machine, you could find salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil. Everything you need for cooking is there. The apartment itself is spacious and well arranged! I loved tall walls and windows.
You can reach city centre either walking or using public transportation - both options are valid and easily accessible.
Instructions how to get to the apartment is clear and communication with the hosts is easy and fast.
A/C is really loud!
The walls are thin - I think that’s common for old buildings like this, you should bring earplugs if you’re sensitive sleeper. Also, you’re in luck if your neighbors are quiet otherwise you’ll hear everything they do. We had loud neighbors the very first night - we could hear their tv going at night time!
It gets really warm in the apartment, sleeping with opened windows can be tricky due the sounds from the outside, sleeping with A/C is not so good either. All in all, the airflow system could be improved.

We just didnot find the bed comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you to the host for all the help and letting us to enter into the apartment earlier.

It was a comfortable apartment, clean, with a small bedroom and another spacious part that included a small kitchen, table and big bed. Ac was good, the bathroom was huge and clean, generally it was value for money. If you like walking, it is about 25 min on foot from the city center. Otherwise you can move around with metro.
The only think that made me a bit anxious was the lock of the old door of the patio- it can be a bit tricky.

the apartment was fairly clean and there were tissues and soap and everything
There wasn’t any breakfast, honestly charging 40 euros for the night is fair but 38 euros for cleaning fees is crazy , it’s literally the same price as the rent price , the apartment is small and doesn’t take that much cleaning and honestly I only noticed the cleaning fee after I booked and there was no refund
