Mieszkanie czyste, łóżka wygodne, winda i podziemny parking to duży plus. Wi-fi działało bez zakłóceń. Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko do tramwajów i metra.
W kuchni brakowało wyposażenia do gotowania. Jedna mała zużyta patelnia i mały garnek to zdecydowanie za mało.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do stacji metra trzech różnych linii. Miejsce parkingowe w podziemnej części budynku, co nie jest takie oczywiste dla innych miejsc zakwaterowania.
Ładny, nowy budynek, lecz widać że część wspólna nie jest zadbana. Zniszczone ściany, brudna podłoga na korytarzach i winda.

Apartment jest 5 piętrze z windą i jest w miarę duże i wygodne, ale widać że już bardzo zużyte. Lokalizacja dobra. Garaż jest w podziemiu z windą do apartamentu.
Mieszkanie bardzo gorące gdyż kaloryfery były non stop włączone i nie ma możliwości ich regulacji. Trzeba było spać przy otwartych oknach i balkonie, czyli oczywiście słychać ludzi i wszystko co się dzieje na dziedzińcu wewnętrznym. Brak papieru toaletowego i toster wybija korki. Wysoka opłata za psa 12€ za dobę. Okolica nie za dobra- na ulicy można spotkać grupy ludzi bezdomnych grzebiących po śmieciach. Czasami byli również w budynku.
