Si bien el edificio es bastante antiguo, el estudio no refleja eso en absoluto. Se trata de un piso dividido en varios estudios y me tocó el Studio I, de aproximadamente 15 m², completamente renovado. El espacio es reducido, pero está muy bien aprovechado y resulta funcional. Contaba con cama, armario, TV, kitchenette, heladera y aire acondicionado, todo integrado en el mismo ambiente. Además, tenía una puerta independiente que daba al baño. El baño también era pequeño, pero cómodo y práctico. En general, todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones y resultó ideal para pasar el día recorriendo la ciudad, descansar y seguir con el viaje. La ubicacion es muy buena, esta cerca del Tram 2/23 que te lleva en 15' al parlamento.
Como único punto a mejorar, no había persiana, solo una cortina blackout, y la luz entraba bastante temprano por la mañana (alrededor de las 5:30), lo que dificultaba dormir más. Sería un gran plus incorporar una solución más efectiva para oscurecer el ambiente.
