Clean, nice location, nice layout, both bedrooms and bathroom and living-room have a nice floorplan. The apartment itself we really liked, it has lots of light, big sunny balcony.

Broken Coffee machine!!!!!! No access to trash room in the building. What was unforgiveable in both cases was the attitude of the management company responsible for this listing - they blocked us completely! Did not give us access to trash room. Did not replace the coffee machine. We were 2 weeks without coffee, despite it being included in the listing, and despite multiple messages back and forth. The management asked first for many different photos, over and over, throughout many days, then insisted we take a video of the coffee machine, or they would do nothing... reason: "So the service team can bring the correct tools for the repair." We have never heard a more nonsense reason. (This is a 39 euro Nespresso machine). And they dared to ask us to leave the key for a third-party "coffee machine repair team" to access the apartment in our absence, which we obviously didn´t want to do. In both rooms the mattresses were way too hard... that is of course personal taste, but I normally like very hard mattresses and this was simply too much). A final important point: the WIFI speed is a nightmare. If you need WIFI, then think again ... There are two apartments next to each other, and the router was unfortunately placed in the other apartment - the owners used a wireless socket WIFI extender, but this useless given how far away the router was in the other apartment - senseless to try and repeat a very weak or non-existent signal.

Piso en edificio moderno de muy buenas calidades. Calefacción, enchufes, puertas... Sin ningún ruido. Muy bien equipado: Lavadora, tendedero, frigorifico de grandes dimensiones, cafetera Nexpreso, tostadora, fogones eléctricos, hervidor de agua, gran televisor, secador de pelo,...Y cosas muy apreciables que no puedes llevar y tienes que comprar para luego tirar casi todo: papel higienico suficirnte, dosis de lavadora, lavaplatos, sal, estropajo, paño para secar, capsulas de café, pinzas de ropa,... Excelente ubicación. A 3 calles de metro y tranvia. Centro comercial con todas las tiendas, bares y restaurantes a 2 manzanas. Un lugar muy práctico y agradable para nuestros días de visita.

El check-in es algo complejo debido a que booking elimina todos los enlaces de los mensajes. No es culpa de la propiedad, que envia incluso videos de como hacer el check-in, pero que debido a la política de booking no puedes ver, ni acceder a la plataforma donde registrarte. En el acceso al edificio hay que introducir el código en un teclado que no es el físico. Nos encontramos con una pareja desesperada porque no podia acceder con el código por intentar introducirlo en un teclado equivocado. Y al llegar a la planta falta la puerta del apartamento, y es debido a que la puerta de acceso de dos apartamentos se encuentran en un rellano exterior al que hay que salir. Nada, un poco confuso el primer momento, pero siempre disponible la ayuda del propietario, que no tuvimos que usar.

Amplio, nuevo y ubicado a unos 15min del centro.

La cama no era muy cómoda y tampoco había jabón para la ducha (ni siquiera para el primer día) ni mucho papel higiénico (estuvimos 5 días, tuvimos que comprar). La cocina justita, pocos utensilios y tiene una placa de inducción portátil.
