The nice design and comfortable furniture.
The washing machine and dishwasher and bread toaster were not working. The state of the buiding is very old and delapidated and parling is a nightmare. When I called because tge electrivity stopped working at night, nobody was pocking. Tge bext day I got a reply. That was late in an emergency situation.

Konditsioneeriga korter, mis oli väga vajalik +40C kuumaga. Toas oli mõnusalt jahe. Korterist sai jalgsi lähedalasuvasse poodi ja ka kesklinna. Vajadusel sai sõita ka ühistranspordiga. Auto sai parkida tänavale, kuid parkimine on päeval tasuline.

Lokalizacja dobra. Plus klimatyzacja w cenie .
Podłoga bardzo brudna , zmywarka nie działa, spod prysznica cieknie, spod szafki w łazience również , po umyciu w łazience jest dużo wody na podłodze.
