Quiet neighborhood, with all the essentials.

Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Florence. Public transportation easily accessible. The property has all the essential and is up to date, with a pleasant atmosphere.

the host was very responsive. clean place. smelled very nice inside fully equipped

the towels had a damp smell. the bed was squeaking too much. about location, cannot tell, since we booked this place because it was close to one of my relatives. still, a little bit far from downtown.

Location is far from the city with infrequent buses so would recommend this place if you had a car/scooter. Also the bathroom smells like Sulfur

Simone was very helpful with making arrangements for a local taxi and train.

The bus system out to the location was difficult to navigate and unreliable. We did figure out that bus 35 is great if you don't mind doing some walking when you get downtown.

The picture doesn't do it justice! The place is large, comfortable and very clean. It gives you traditional Italian house vibes but the facilities are modern. Simone and Giulia ensured we had a lovely stay. They were so accommodating to their guests - snacks, coffee & tea provided, we even received bus tickets to get started with our trip in the city! We didn't have problems with noises from the outside. Love the area - with a supermarket, a park, and a bakery nearby.

The location is tricky to find at first. Just make sure you read the instructions carefully.

Amazing.

Place was clean, kitchen was well equipped and the host was super friendly and helpful. There is also iron, ironing board, washing machine, ... Photos describe the place perfectly. They (hosts) sent us PDF file about how to get to their place, how to buy tickets, where to shop for food, etc. They are amazing in organising and keeping their airbnb place!

Exceptional

The location is about 25 minutes walk from the airport, which is a great advantage. Bus 35 to Santa Maria Novella runs at a very good frequency. The host is very kind, the conditions are excellent. Discounts are available for breakfast and lunch at a nearby restaurant. I highly recommend.

Su comodidad, tranquilidad y que estaba muy completo con todo lo necesario.

Su localización. A pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto, para llegar al alojamiento desde allí no hay zonas peatonales y hay que cruzar por la carretera literalmente. Para llegar al centro de la ciudad, los autobuses fueron de gran ayuda.

Proprietario gentile ed educato, struttura accogliente con tutti i servizi prioritari all’interno: tv, riscaldamenti, aria condizionata, cucina. Lo consiglio.
