This is a very small cottage for two people for sure located in right in the heart of a lovely Rye. You are in walking distance from everything that you want to do restaurants grocery stores cafés gift shops. Everything is right there. It’s one of the best places to stay.
The bed is a little small, but nothing you can’t get past

The location is great close to all I needed to see. Property is very cosy and exceptionally clean. All in all I highly recommend. Had a lovely stay and many thanks for all.

It was exactly as described and so homely. The wood burning stove was an added bonus in the evening.
There was no dishwasher. Although there was nowhere you could put one so I am being very picky.
