The property had everything we needed and it is lovely to have the courtyard to use as well.

Great location, close to Main Street 2 bathrooms were handy Easy instructions to get to property

Bath tub didn’t look like it was properly cleaned Sofa bed in upstairs lounge was a bit hard and pillows not very soft Can hear noise from the street

The location was good. Right in the centre of Rye. Just a short walk to the High Street and the local shops. We loved the house.

This townhouse was the perfect base for our girls group trip to Rye for the weekend. It was cosy, warm and had the perfect amount of hooks and towels to accommodate our group. The beds were comfortable and plenty fitting all six of us comfortably. Highly recommend the property as it is situated central to everything for a great weekend of leaving the car behind to explore the surrounds. Walk to shops, cafes pubs, shops, the train and a supermarket all within 5-10 minutes. Tara the host was also very considerate and responsive to our needs providing great communication before and during our stay.

Unfortunately there was a small leak while we stayed but this was rectified very quickly and fairly by the host. Again, no negatives to report on the whole.
