Location great for access to Rye but very noisy road and trains
En-suite shower was a bit of a trickle.

Excellent hosts, loved the house decor etc. Everthing we needed was at hand. Thank you for a lovely stay, l am sure we will be back.

The property is fantastic and home from home but the Sofa was so uncomfortable….. I have a bad back and it had no support. So after a long day walking wasn’t the most comfortable seating to sit on. I ended up using occasional chair in corner of room for support. My parents definitely would not be able to use sofa due to height and comfort.
