La posizione e la cucina sono ottime! Posizione bellissima, super panoramica con vista su Merano rara da trovare in Trentino. La cucina buonissima con piatti freschi (purtroppo no cucina trentina, ma cucina italiana)

La strada per raggiungere la struttura è veramente stretta, angusta a doppio senso non è ben segnalato né su Google né sul sito dell’hotel veramente veramente complesso, se non si è abituati a percorsi stretti di montagna. Il servizio della cucina non è al top hanno un solo cameriere e purtroppo sono molto lenti più o meno ci vogliono circa un’ora e mezza per terminare di mangiare i tre piatti che propongono perché il menù è un’unica scelta. Non c’è possibilità di scegliere fra più piatti. Poi, non ci sono servizi per chi alloggia, solo una piscina da utilizzare molto bella. Non ci sono animali, a dispetto di quanto indicato sul sito e dalle foto della struttura, se come noi avete una bambina molto piccola (18 mesi) è una struttura assolutamente NON IDONEA. ultimo, ma non meno importante, non parlano quasi per niente italiano, è veramente difficile capirsi e spiegare eventuali problemi da segnalare.

Excellent view, amazing food and nice atmosphere. Truly charming green grass in front of the 'hof', nice balcony, silent night, stunning breakfast. You can't complain and will relax a lot

Only the dinner times are a little fixed and early (7pm) - it made the arrival a little stressful but they helped and still gave us food at 8:15. Otherwise, all truly great

Alles sehr rustikal, trotzdem modern. Aber leider nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand. Muss ja aber auch nicht sein denn das Ambiente und das Personal waren Mega freundlich

Leider gab es beim Essen immer ein Wespen Problem. Da kann keiner etwas dafür aber das war schon nervig.

Booked an upgraded larger than normal room with double bed plus couch . Ended up (although we arrived precisely when requested) with a super tiny room with 2 twin beds and 2 totally worn out mattresses with the coils making their way through the padding and causing back pain and very poor sleep, an experience far from what one should expect from a $220 room.
