House keeping was very weak in general. Couldn’t call reception cause the phone didn’t work. Reception to room distance was too far. The hairdryer didn’t work too. Room Temperature wasn’t comfortable in summer

Exceptional

Villa Sasso is a perfect get-away for anyone in need of tranquility and nature. Our room had stunning views of the surrounding mountains, which were lovely to wake up to each day. The room was also very clean, and had a small but workable kitchen that we enjoyed very much. We also enjoyed having easy access to beautiful trails, while being within walking distance to town (20 min). We stayed during the winter when many of the hotel amenities are closed, but we still had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend staying here!

If we are being very picky, the sofa could be a bit more comfortable (as there is no back support). This is our only (very minor) complaint!

Nice

I loved the pool, both inside and outside, the one on top has a beautiful view over the city. It’s a 20-25 min walk to the center of Merano, beautiful area. Have dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, it’s very good!!!

The downstairs rooms were a bit noisy (the neighbours).

Very clean room (no room service though), great view, new house and great style of furniture! For the once travelling with the car, very great and easy with parking!

Admittedly, I haven't read all the small-printed that was implying that in winter there is no spa, no restaurant, therefore, no breakfast, .. also we had no room service. So, we basically only paid for sleeping. I would have liked having at least some water or something in the room. It is more like a apartment (offering hair dryer, kitchen for cooking or so). If you are looking for this, GO. If you are looking for more service (e.g. food) DONT.

Struttura stupenda in tutto. Tutto di nuova costruzione, parcheggio in garage comodissimo, vista stupenda, vicinissima al centro, personale gentilissimo e forse la cosa che mi é piaciuta di più che la struttura sia attaccata alla roccia. Veramente tutto fantastico.

Rundum wohlgefühlt !

Familie geführter Betrieb. Dadurch alles sehr herzlich und nicht so anonym. Wunderschöne Anlage. Traumhafter Außenpool. Tolles Essen; sowohl Frühstück, als auch das Dinner. In 15 Minuten ist man direkt an Tappeinerweg. Lohnt sich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Leider kein Toaster, und mal wieder eine Kapselmaschine.

Herrlich entspannte Unterkunft mit Traumlage

Wir hatten ein Studio in der Villa Sasso. Es ist sehr großzügig mit Küchenzeile. Bei der Küchenausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und zwei Liegen war sehr groß und der Ausblick war herrlich. Die drei Villen (Sasso, Verdi und Tivoli) sind über mehrere kleine Wege im Garten verbunden und man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Der Infinity Pool war beheizt und man hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick. Im Haupthaus Tivoli befindet sich ein tolles Indoorpool mit Ausblick und das Restaurant mit Bar. Frühstücken waren wir nicht…sah aber super aus, dafür war das Abendessen auf der Restaurantterrasse wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal ist so freundlich…wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ein großzügiger Hotel-Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Der Weg in die Stadt dauert circa 15min über eine kaum befahrene Straße. Unser Hund war im Hotel sehr willkommen. Er durfte beim Abendessen entweder auf der Terrasse draußen oder in einem eigenen Restaurantbereich innen mit dabei sein.

De ligging en het ruime appartement en de attente familie van het hotel. Het prachtig gelegen zwembad was ook fantastisch!

Alles was goed behalve de pannen. We konden hiermee geen fatsoenlijk gerecht bereiden.

Då vi hyrde en lgh och skulle fixa egen mat, så var spisen eg för liten ( bara två plattor). Och tillgängliga stekpannor och grytor var för stora för spisen… gick inte att komma åt knapparna för att höja eller sänka värmen. Bara ett litet frysfack i kylen Glasdörr in till badrum… inte praktiskt. Ingen ventilation ( mekanisk, ex frånluft), ingen AC på rummet.

TOP Personal, herrliche Hotelanlage, hochwertig und gemütlich

Eine wunderschöne Parkanlage, herrlicher Pool, sehr herzliches und liebenswürdiges Personal, sodass man sich wie zuhause - oder noch besser - fühlt. Das Studio war sehr gemütlich, hatte einen großen Balkon und eine tolle Aussicht. Leckeres süßes Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist abends, gerade wenn man den ca. 20-minütigen Weg in die Stadt nicht mehr gehen möchte, eine sehr gute Wahl.

Für die heißen Tage wäre eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein Standventilator im Zimmer schön gewesen. Durch die Möglichkeit, mit dem Balkon nachts großzügig zu lüften, war es aber okay.

Ein wundervoller Ort, an den wir gern zurückkehren werden.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung als Zwischenstopp für drei Nächte gebucht und wurden mit unserem Hund sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im angeschlossenen Hotel Tivoli waren hervorragend, ebenso der Pool und der liebevoll gepflegte Garten. Auch der Ausblick von der Restaurantterrasse ist malerisch. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Die Lage und nähe ins Zentrum war Perfekt. Das Personal war von A bis Z sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück war super lecker. Man konnte ein Fahrrad mieten und war mit dem in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Meran. Wir hatten ein Studio/Apartment im Nebenhaus.

Die Dusche, das ganze Badezimmer wurde nass.

Absolute grüne Ruheoase, jedoch fussläufig Meran City gut erreichbar. Das Appartment war super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gute Matrazen, geräumiges Bad, schöner großer Balkon mit tollem Blick. Frühstück und Abendessen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, alles frisch und alles lecker, sehr nette Bedienung. Toll war auch der Pool. Unser Hund war überall willkommen, alles unkompliziert und sehr freundlich!

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder

Sehr angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre, leckeres Frühstück mit „Omas Kompotten“ und allem, was man braucht oder auch nicht 😅. Auch das Restaurant am Abend hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Saubere und gepflegte Anlage zum wohlfühlen. Unser Hund war jederzeit und überall herzlich willkommen.
