There are no screens for the balcony doors, so a lot of insects fly into the room in the evening, and being locked in an air-conditioned room all the time is not ideal.

It’s in a beautiful location with hiking. There are no Americans so you get a great experience with the German/Italian culture of Sud Tirol.

Ein schön renoviertes Hotel in schöner Lage. Zimmer sehr schön, Wellnessbereich top, Essen fantastisch. Das Personal war einfach nur freundlich und nett.

Wenn man überhaupt was kritisieren darf, und das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau, dann, dass der Pool etwas zu kühl war. Eine konstruktive Anregung ist, dass man für Raucher zumindest einen überdachten Bereich mit Heizstrahler richten sollte, denn bei Kälte macht eine Zigarre vor der Tür halt gar keinen Spaß.

Perfektes Hotel in schönster Lage.

Wir waren bereits zum vierten mal im Hotel Gnaid und sind immer stehts zufrieden. Von der Freundlichkeit der Familie Mair, über das feine Essen, bis hin zum wunderbaren Zimmer ist alles perfekt. Der Wellness-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tollen Tage die wir bei Ihnen im Hotel Gnaid verbringen durften.

Die Betten sind soweit bequem, nur sind unserer Meinung nach die Matratzen durchgeliegen; bzw. es entstehen "Gruben" in denen man festliegt. Nicht weiter schlimm, da wir davon ausgehen, dass diese demnächst gewechselt werden.

Alles war fantastisch

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist äußerst respektvoll, freundlich und arbeitet mit viel Einsatz. Auch der Besitzer kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste und ist sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend – ich kann sagen, es waren die besten Gerichte, die ich je gegessen habe. Dieses Hotel kann ich wirklich jedem mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes, familiengeführtes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Leider waren wir nur für zwei Nächte da, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr breites, bequemes Bett, separates WC und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen entspannten, erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Exzellentes Essen, schöne Aussicht und Lage - alles in allem perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Geschmackvolle, helle Einrichtung und schöner Wellness-Spa-Bereich.

de gemoedelijke sfeer en zeer lekkere eten (zowel ontbijt als diner ) en het zicht vanuit het restaurant. zeer mooi zwembad . Zeer vriendelijk personeel zeer goede prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding Ook zeer goede lokatie om Tirol te ontdekken.

We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de bergen en balkon . We hadden wel een beetje zicht op de bergen , maar vooral zicht op naastgelegen hotel en niet echt een balkon . Mogelijks was dit omdat we maar voro 2 nachten verbleven , echter als er staat balkon, verwacht je een balkon.

Wohlfühlurlaub!

Lage über den Apfelplantagen ist hervorragend. Aussicht von Zimmer und Balkon großartig und wunderschön! Danke dafür! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Terrasse als Speiseraum und vordere Terrasse in weiß gehalten, außergewöhnlich und sehr angenehm. Gastgeber Frau und Herr Mair leben absolut "Gastfreundschaft" und sind unkompliziert u. freundlich jederzeit ansprechbar. Küche und Patisserie ein Genuss, regionales Weinsortiment toll und lecker. SPA-Bereich sehr angenehm und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, Saunen sind super. Ein Hotel zum rundum wohlfühlen.

Wunderbare Erholung

Alle Bereiche sind mit einem Rollator ohne Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen, Tiefgarage vorhanden. Check in ohne Wartezeit. Vom Gärtner bis zum Chef sind alle Mitarbeiter durchweg sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Spa bezaubernd, die Mahlzeiten wunderbar.

Eccellente posto per visitare Merano ma soprattutto per cercare qualche giorno di totale relax

Hotel sopra Merano credo recentemente ristrutturato dato che l'arredamento è moderno ed elegante, di gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'atmosfera accogliente. Veniamo accoldi con un drink e biscottini artigianali della loro cucina. La ampia camera con terrazzina e vista vallata era eccellente, pulita, dall'arredamento con ampio uso di legno massello ma moderno, dotata di un letto più grande in un matrimoniale standard. Il reparto SPA è abbastanza grande: piscina metà dentro e metà all'aperto, 2 saune, un bagno turno, poltrone infrarossi per la schiena, docce, ampia zona relax interno e lettini esterni per la stagione calda. Sono disponibili te e tisane oltre che acqua aromatizza con infusi di vera frutta. Ma il vero punto di forza, però, è senza dubbio il ristorante: un’esperienza culinaria straordinaria! I piatti ricercati e con composizioni artistiche. Abbinamenti di gusti interessanti. Il personale di sala era cortese e attento.

Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt und ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet. Der wellnessbereich hatte viele liegemöglichkeiten und war auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen vor allem am Abend war sehr sehr lecker und die bedienung war wunderbar. Vor allem Anna hatte ihre arbeit sehr im griff. Wir bekamen für einen fairen preis wirklich gutes essen. Auch die Nachmittagsjause war sehr gut.

Der „beheitzte pool“ war leider nicht genug warm man konnte also draussen nur schwimmen wenn die sonne direkt draufschien.

Wspaniały hotel , zasługuje na pełne 5 gwiazdek . Codziennie inne menu , przepyszne dania zawsze przygotowywane z wielką starannością .Śniadania również bardzo dobre i urozmaicone .Na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła i zawsze uśmiechnięta Pani która przygotowywała jajka pod różną postacią Cały personel bardzo życzliwy, uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny . Szczególne podziękowania dla właścicieli za drukowanie w każdy dzień dla nas menu w języku polskim co uczyniło nasz pobyt jeszcze wspanialszym niż moglibyśmy oczekiwać . Bardzo dziękujemy za tak udany pobyt
