Pure beauty in an oase of calmness

Arriving in this hotel after driving the breathtaking Timmelsjoch was an absolute delight. We were welcomed with prosecco and waited on the beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains untill we were showed around. The room was so big and was more than we wished for! The garden and swimming pool make you feel like you are in the middle of the Caribbean, so calming and relaxing. Dinner at the restaurant is a great tip! The quality is exceptional, as is the personel. There was one man around 40 years old, we did not catch his name, but he was such a nice and kind person. There is parking space available in front of the hotel; super easy. Breakfast was great with a view, lots of choices. I even had some workouts done thanks to the small gym, thank you!

Superb

We got a free upgrade, dont know why though. The apartment was very spacious, clean and with a big balcony. It had a huge bathroom and separate water closet, which was great. Two floors above the apartment, there was a nice size pool with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. All in all a great palace.

The airconditioning of the apartment was not that effective and it could turn pretty warm inside on hot summerdays.

Fabulous

The location, villa and the apparment were very nice. Quiet place and easy parking. Designed and well equipped appartment. Friendly staff. Large bathroom. Swimming pool with a nice view, but perhaps too cold.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Lovely clean accommodation in good location.

We had an apartment which was well furbished with equipment, comfy bed, lovely bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. It is a 20 min walk to the centre or a short bike ride - it is flat to cycle to town. The inside swimming pool was lovely and warm. Staff friendly.

The outside swimming pool which was gorgeous was too cold to swim in - in August. Such a shame as a beautiful pool. The reception laughed and described it as refreshing when we checked in not realizing that this was a big disappointment for us. If the hotel could spend money to heat the pool, it would transform the experience. We never ate at the restaurant as very little vegetarian choice and it looked a bit sad. Note also garden terraced with steep wonky steps. I also think its a bit overpriced.

Ausblick aus Zimmer im Erdgeschoß nicht gegeben. Dafür war die Terrasse sehr schön.

La struttura ha rispecchiato le aspettative!

Ci è piaciuto moltissimo il mini appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato c'era un bel parquet scuro come pavimento molto elegante! Il bagno grandissimo: apprezzata tantissimo la vasca da bagno che dopo il lungo viaggio mi ha restituito tutte le energie x proseguire la giornata. Ambiente silenzioso; di classe! L'albergatore gentilissimo molto simpatico. Grazieeeeee siamo stati davvero bene!!

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht mit sehr schönem Balkon und Blick Richtung Meran. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund angereist und dieser durfte uns überall begleiten.

War ok für das Wochenende

Die Lage ist sehr schön - ruhig aber in 20 min zu Fuß ist bereits Altstadt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet und die Anlage sind schön, vor allem Pool mit Blick auf Meran. Im Appartement hat uns Wohnzimmer und Terrasse gefallen.

In der Küche gab es Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, aber leider kein Tee- oder Kaffeezubehör (anders als in Booking Beschreibung).. bei 4 Sterne Hotel wussten wir nicht, dass wir eigene Kaffeepads aus Deutschland mitbringen sollen. Bei 6 Weingläser gab es keine gleichen, das sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, aber für Geburtstagsfeier und Flitterwochenende hätten wir es gerne gehabt. Bei der Metallplatte unter Besteck waren Krümel und Schmutz. Zudem waren die Bilder zu Appartement hier etwas irrtümlich platziert, wir dachten, dass sie alle zu gebuchten Zimmer gehören. Die Bilder wie das Appartement tatsächlich aussah, unten beigefügt. Wäre auch ok, was wir eher unangenehm fanden, dass wir bei Rezeption das gefragt haben, und das Kommentar dass wir "nur 300€ pro Nacht" bezahlt haben, sonst kostet es teuerer, war ehrlich gesagt, nicht angemessen.

In der Unterkunft war viel überholungsbedürftig. Schankgriffe, Küchenausstattung, wie Gläser, Besteck, keine Mikrowelle,Lampenausstattung… Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden!

Appartment war sehr gut, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Ruhig gelegen und nur 15-20 min. in die Stadt zu Fuß. Perfekt Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr ruhige Lage und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Ganz tolle Anlage, die mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird. Das Frühstück im Hotel (ein paar schritte und ca. 20 Höhenmeter entfernt) ist Belohnung für den kurzen Weg und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Bad ist schon etwas "altbacken" (aber sauber und großzügig).

Die Lage mitten in der Natur mit dem herrlichen Pool ist einmalig!

Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen wäre eine funktionierende Kühlung (Klimaanlage) dringend erforderlich gewesen. 🥵 Die Restaurant-Rechnung (wir haben einmal im Hotel-Restaurant gegessen) - war reichlich stolz!

Genialer Aufenthalt zum 60. Geburtstag.

Die Lage ist einzigartig, hier galt der Spruch: " Wir sind nicht leicht zu finden, aber es lohnt sich, uns zu suchen". Das Frühstück war mit vielen selbstgemachten Details sehr variabel. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Appartement war großzügig gestaltet und traumhaft gelegen. Das Bad ist in einer einzigartigen Größe und Ausstattung. Der Pool liegt oberhalb mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick über Meran. An meinem 60. Geburtstag gab es zum Frühstück Tischschmuck, Prosecco und einen selbstgebackenen Geburtstagskuchen. Danke dafür.

Es war alles bestens, wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, ist selbst schuld.

Beliggenheden var skøn, for enden af en lukket vej, med den ro det betyder. Morgenmaden var super, med et stort udvalg af alt det man forventer i en morgenbuffet. Personalet var fantastisk hjælpsomt i alle henseender.

At rengøringen ikke banker på allerede kl. 09.00 om morgenen. At rengøringen bare lod sine ting stå i elevatoren, så man dårligt kunne være der.

Ein liebevolles, sehr einzigartig angelegtes, familiengeführtes Hotel - wir waren in zwei Apartments in der Villa Verdi untergebracht - mit einem wie in den Fels gehauenem, tollen Pool und einem über viele Höhenmeter verlaufenden, verwinkeltem Garten. Toller Service, super nette Familie, und einem super Frühstück mit viel Selbstgemachtem aus der Region.
