Beautiful hotel in glorious scenery

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! All the staff went above and beyond to cater for our every need. The pool is lovely and the food in the evening was perfect. Thank you for such a lovely stay, wish we could have stayed for longer.

Cute place, amazing views

The hotel is on a small mountain road, in a remote area, so if you are looking for a nice, quiet place in the nature this is just perfect. The views from the rooms and the restaurant terrace are amazing! Sauna and infinity pool are new and give a modern, cozy touch. Breakfast was already prepared at the table, small but good quality.

Outdoor pool area was still under construction on some parts, so it was a bit noisy from very early in the morning

10/10 Perfect Getaway experience with the best hospitality I've ever received

10/10 perfect experience. - AMAZING service from Kristoff and his family. They went over the top and provided the hospitality I think I've ever received. - We were the only Americans staying when we went they made us feel at home. - Breakfast + food was locally sourced and delicious. They even had many options for my celiac/shellfish allergy partner. - The valley view was breathtaking. - The resort is near two cable cars so driving isn't fully needed. We were able to use public transit from Merano to get to the resort

I don't have any dislikes about this stay. The only thing I can think of is that the property is in the mountains, so it can be difficult to get to. To overcome this, communicate where you are coming from with the staff and they will help you out

Wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, der Ausblick in das Tal war unbeschreiblich. Unser Zimmer war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, ein Kühlschrank wäre noch ein Highlight gewesen. Es war alles sehr modern eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool und die Sauna sind gemütlich und sehr schön. Die Gastfreundfreundlichkeit ist nicht zu toppen, der Chef kocht hier noch selber. Man könnte hier einen Sternekoch vermuten! Es fängt beim Frühstück an, das Rührei und das Spiegelei alles mit leckerem Bacon. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen ist sehr groß, entweder ala Carte oder Menü. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in Allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team. UND wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Ausblick, Wellness und leckerem Essen

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Mountain Lodge Prennanger. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal, der Sauna Bereich mit dem infinity Pool ist ideal zum entspannen und ist wirklich schön eingerichtet - auf 1500m ein Highlight. Auch das Essen war vorzüglich - sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abendmenü (hier war die Küche flexibel und hat Alternativen für Allergien angeboten). Die Besitzer und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und nett - und hatten immer gute Wandertipps auf Lager. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort sehr weiterempfehlen und machen gerne selbst dort wieder Urlaub!

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig, Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Abends sehr gutes mehrgängiges Menü. Gute Wndermöglichkeiten direkt von der Lodge aus. Die Hotelbesitzer hatten immer Tipps parat zu weiteren Unternehmungen. Karten für Seilbahn und Bus haben wir direkt von ihnen erhalten und konnten so unser Auto während des Aufenthalts stehen lassen.

Es wurde uns das Angebot gemacht beim Abendmenü einzelne Gänge auszulassen. Berechnet wurde am Ende allerdings doch jeweils das komplette Menü. Nachtrag: Die zu viel gezahlten Menü-Gänge wurden nachträglich erstattet. Sehr kulant!
