Świetna lokalizacja obok stacji metra i sklepów. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzeba. Stosunkowo duża część łazienkowa. Uznanie dla właściciela, że na tak małej powierzchni zmieścił tak wiele sprzętów.
Mieszkanie jest bardzo ciasne i głośne.

L'emplacement vraiment au pied d'une station de métro avec 3 lignes très pratiques (Fukutoshin, Yurakucho). L'offre de supérettes à proximité (au moins 5 ouvertes 24/24 dont une à moins de 10 mètres). A 1 station de la gare de Ikebukuro également possible à pied en 10 minutes maxi. L'espace suffisant pour 1 personne. La vraie douche et les WC séparés.
Le restaurant de takoyaki au rez-de-chaussée du même immeuble, qui peut envoyer des odeurs assez fortes jusqu'à tard le soir. La connexion wifi capricieuse (jai du compléter avec une box wifi 4G louée à Ikebukuro, assez chère et également capricieuse)

Centrum ikebukuro też było dosłownie 10 min na piechotę

駅から近く、綺麗でした。
ただ、街の特性かもしれませんが、外が騒がしく、救急病院が近いので、サイレン音も多かったです。
近くにはコンビニもあり、長期滞在には便利です。
部屋の臭いが少し気になりました。
換気がもっとしやすいと尚良いと思います。
