The location is amazing, right next to Kanamecho station or 10 minutes on foot from Ikebukuro station. It’s a cozy, cute little space with all amenities needed for comfortable stay. The contact with the owner was nice as well, very clear and easy to understand.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, because it didn’t bother me personally (I traveled only with one small carry on bag), but for people traveling with big bags getting up the stars to the room might be hard (the stairs are tiny and there’s not much space).

Very very close to the Kanamecho station. Exit 6 and the stairs are literally across the sidewalk on the right.
No elevator and the stairway was narrow, but the apartment made up for the small inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.
