One not to be missed!!

Outstanding!!! From before I even stepped into the apartment, Debbie was amazing. I asked for a small request and she went above and beyond what she even needed to do. The apartment itself has been recently refurbished to the highest standard, honestly amazing. The comfort and quality of everything was second to none. It was home from home. Perfect location for whatever reason you are staying in Derry. I simply cannot say enough good things about this apartment. Beautiful and stunning 😍

Would definitely return for next Halloween

The flat was within walking distance from the city which was perfect for our first trip to Derry and it made it easy to get into town for the Halloween festivities and local tours. Host was also very helpful and great in terms of communication. Overall great experience

The bed could have been less squeaky/creaky and there was some issues with working the TV but those are minor nitpicks

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment - what more could you need.

Debbie's apartment was a welcome site after staying in hotels for the previous few nights. The decor is beautiful - modern and in soft, subtle colours; spacious and comes well stocked for travellers. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large with plenty of hot water. The apartment even has a washing machine which I was looking forward to using after travelling for the last week. The location is perfect; a short walk into the centre of Derry. Close to restaurants, coffee and a supermarket. I would have no hesitation recommending it to others and would stay again if ever in Derry. Debbie was extremely quick to respond to my messages and to answer my many questions.

The minor criticisms I had were: no microwave; no instructions for using the string to turn on the water for the shower, or for the heater. Since these were quite different mechanisms than what we had used anywhere else in the world, I felt some instructions would be really helpful. After I mentioned this to Debbie, I believe she has taken steps to provide these; otherwise I would give the apartment 11/10!

We had a great stay in this super comfortable apartment, it’s spacious rooms made it feel like home and easy to relax in. The apartment had everything you would expect including a washing machine. The location is quiet and still walkable to town. On street parking readily available.

We had a truly outstanding experience at this lovely one-bedroom house in Londonderry. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional – the host -Debbie-was incredibly responsive, with smooth and thoughtful communication throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully. The house itself is new, spotless, and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality, branded items, right down to the smallest detail—even the cutlery was from IKEA! From clean, plush bath towels to neatly arranged utensils, everything felt fresh, modern, and carefully chosen. You can tell the space is looked after with pride. We especially appreciated the little extras that made a big difference – a clothes drying rope with pegs, a tranquil location close to the river, and practical touches like taxi numbers and local information already available in the home. The surrounding area was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing family stay. The hosts were fantastic – friendly, professional, and truly committed to guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care made this one of the best stays we’ve had anywhere. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained place in Derry, especially as a family or if you value peace and privacy, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

A most relaxing & comfortable stay in Derry City.

We found the property easy to find with parking right outside. Our host Debbie was always contactable & most helpful with providing updates etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated & only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a comfortable & relaxing stay.

The apartment didn't have a microwave oven so I feel this would be a welcome addition.

Thoroughly enjoyable break in Derry.

It was modern, bright and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Was only 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of town yet was located in a nice quiet area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend the property.

There was nothing to dislike. A point to note: if using satnav, specify the address as Bishop Street Without. I accepted the default address as Bishop Street Within and ended up at the wrong end of Bishop Street.

A fabulous stay!

A fabulous place to stay in Derry! I chose it because of the reviews from previous guests and I was not disappointed. The flat is in a very quiet part of the city, but it is only a ten minute walk away from the centre. There are shops and a takeaway very close by. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated and well presented. Everything in the flat was perfect - the kitchen was well equipped, the bed and sofas were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful - the chocolate biscuits in the fridge were much appreciated! If I were to return to Derry, I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again and I would most definitely recommend it to future travellers.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming one-bedroom house in Derry! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home itself is beautifully finished with a modern touch throughout—everything felt fresh, stylish, and virtually brand new. All the essentials were there and more: a spotless fridge, a washing machine, a great stove for cooking, fast WiFi, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. What really made the stay special, though, were the thoughtful touches from our lovely host, Debbie. She went above and beyond—leaving Easter treats like a chocolate egg and Kit Kats in the fridge, which was such a sweet and unexpected surprise. It made us feel right at home. Debbie was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. All in all, this little gem in Derry was perfect. I’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and heartwarming place to stay.

Not one bad thing to say about my stay!

I booked this accommodation to get some time away myself and it was an amazing experience! I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about it. The location was perfect, no more than a 5 minute walk and you’re in the heart of the city, making it easy to go to the shop for snacks or the town for a night out. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The apartment was spacious, clean, and really well decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax where you feel like you’re at home. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I’ll definitely be back.
