The best place to lay your head down

Cleanliness was TOP standard, lots of thoughtful and kind little treats left for us, great engagement from Rhys who is an absolute gent of a man. Best apartment I've ever stayed in from booking.com, pictures didn't do it justice. When your expectations from an exceptional rating are exceeded you know you're somewhere special.

Great location, spotlessly clean. Comfortable and homely. Host was quick to communicate and very friendly.

We liked everything. It's close to the night life so maybe for young families could be noisy at the weekend but we were out til around midnight and had no issues with noise.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exceptional in every regard—the location, facilities, and décor are all amazing. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable throughout our visit. The heating kept the space lovely and warm, there was an abundance of hot water, and plenty of towels were provided. The beds were particularly comfortable, and we all slept very well. It was a pleasant surprise to find the kitchen so well-stocked with essential cooking ingredients, which made preparing meals very easy. Not that we bothered cooking, a plethora of bars and restaurants to the right and left. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it.

Superb place to stay

I couldnt rate this place highly enough.The house is spotless, literally the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Exactly like the pictures, if not better in person.It has everything you need for your stay. It was so comfy. The location is very central, all shops a short walk away. Just round the corner from some great pubs and places to eat. It's got everything you need. I got parking across the street but it's limited,alternatively the William street car park is really close by and a short 2 min walk to the house. I will definitely be back.

Great choice in Derry

The townhouse is in an excellent central location in an older building but fully renovated inside. It is just outside one of the gates into the walled centre. It’s clean, cozy, secure, private and has everything you need including a washing machine. The street is narrow and parking there is free but busy in working hours, you might have to wait for spot, but spaces came available fairly frequently. Alternative parking in William st can be overnight and is quite reasonable. We would happily stay again, the place is nicely decorated, good shower, very comfy bed, easy going host, big tv, good wifi, excellent heating.

The place was great, perhaps add some hooks for the bathtowels.

Home away from home in Derry/Londonderry

Extremely clean. Top location, walk to everything. Great pub on corner and many other pubs along adjacent street. The host, Rhys, absolutely went out of his way to give us useful and helpful information. He could not have been kinder. The property was new and comfortable with lots of little touches, such as cooking supplies and toiletries.

Very very central to pubs, restaurants and walls of Derry . Absolutely spotless and modern. The owners keep in contact regularly though we didn't see them and that's very ok! Milk, teabags coffee salt vinegar etc etc all in kitchen with kitchen roll and few bits in fridge etc and loo paper and towels in bathroom . Couldn't fault it (cept you need an airfryer my fav to cook a breakfast with lol)

it was absolutely beautiful in the perfect location only minutes away from local pubs and bars. So modern and well decorated like a home away from home! when we arrived we had been stocked with chocolates, milk, juice and bottled water everything we could ask for. we had a call after settling in to make sure we had made it and everything was alright.
