Crawford Square Apartment

Quirky & comfortable property in a quiet location, five-minute taxi ride from the town centre; staff were really friendly at check-in.

One bedroom was huge, the other tiny; lights were in odd places so some areas were very dark.

Hospitality was 10/10. Travelled with family for hospital apt and Connor couldn't of been anymore helpful. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Heating was not working on arrival. Connor went above and beyond for bringing heaters. He even got the heating working himself and brought us a complimentary breakfast.

Great location, 15 minute walk down the hill into town. Great size property - lots of space. Staff were very lovely at check in. Milk, tea and coffee was a lovely touch. The flat is decorated really well.

Property was a little run down and in need of a good clean. Walls and corners of floors were filthy, particularly the bathroom - needs a good scrub and re-paint, bathroom light string is black with grime - need replacing. TV very old & didn’t work well. Hot water tap in the bathroom doesn’t work unless the heating/boiler was on. Upstairs are very loud, we were awake most of the night with the noise from upstairs. We had to check in at another property to receive the lock box code, then walk up a steep hill with cases - if the code could be emailed this would provide a smoother check in process.
