The location was excellent.

There was long hairs on 2 of the pillows so I presume bedclothes weren’t washed. There are drink stains on the bedroom wall with a sticky patch at doorway so floors were not cleaned before I arrived. Downstairs tenant was hammering on the roof just for walking around. Could hear everything upstairs and downstairs.

How good the facility and location is.

There was a very pungent smell when you arrived to the front door and the odour was foul. It was like someone with poor personal hygiene was staying in the apartment before us or even someone living in a different apartment in the building.

Location was excellent less than 2 minute walk to bars and centre of town. Apartment has everything you need perfect for a short stay.

Very good location, compact apartment served us well for the Foyle Cup.

The bed was a camp bed and very uncomfortable. To be staying here a week this was a bit of a torture. We would stay again if a proper bed was installed.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Spacious and comfortable flat located very centrally in Derry. It as all the amenities you'll need. The host was friendly and very helpful before our stay. As a bonus my partner proposed to me on our stay, so it will always hold a special little place in my heart 😁

It is located just round the corner from the main bars in Derry so can imagine it may get noisy times. We didn't have any issues with this though.

The size very compact the guy billy? Standing over us as we entered property watching us enter the pin as I checked my mum into flat made her feel uncomfortable. So only stayed one night.

The property was in a great location, the bed was comfortable overall the apartment was good.

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom which you could smell as soon as you stepped through the front door, smelt like sewage that seemed to be coming from the apartment above every time they flushed their toilet which wasn’t pleasant.

Excellent location. A great range of facilities. Two separate rooms accommodating two different sleeping arrangements.

While the apartment itself and the location were excellent, there was much room for improvement re cleanliness. The toilet and the bathroom floors were visibly dirty. The living room needed dusting and there were crumbs visible in the futon. The floor could use a deep vacuuming and there were oil on one of the chairs (I imagine from a previous visitor). This was such a disappointment, esp given the facilities were great. Although the electric shower was a bit difficult to operate.
