Location, handy, quiet, bed comfy, TVs had Netflix you tube. Plenty parking if not on street car park round the corner.
The front door lock box can be tricky to open if ur a female on your own with nails. A hairdryer would be so helpful & some handwash there was a glass jar but very little in it.

Central location
The double bed is tiny and mattress very uncomfortable- needs replaced. The apartment needs a very good cleaning, had to clean down surfaces before using the kitchen. Found stale chips next to the sofa in the living area. Carpet in bedroom should be replaced.
