The room was spacious and had ample space for remote working. The shared kitchen was useful too. Check in happened with a code which was great for us as we arrived very late and we had no problems getting in quickly. Parking is very easy too although the machine didn't work so I had to download and configure an app to pay for it, the fees are very modest though.

The location is not very central, we came by car so it wasn't a big problem, but you might struggle more without a car, there doesn't seem to be much in terms of restaurants and shops in walking distance either (there's a few, you can probably get some breakfast and maybe dinner, but nothing too advanced).

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately encountered several issues that made my experience quite stressful. The self check-in system relies entirely on internet access to retrieve three entry codes for the doors. I found myself stuck outside the building without a way to get in because I didn’t have internet access at that moment, possibly due to the property's location, which is far from everything else. This made it impossible to seek help or find alternatives, as there are no shops nearby. Additionally, there is no staff on site, and reaching someone by phone was difficult and time-consuming. The person I managed to contact was polite and kind, but he didn’t have access to the system. It took him over 30 minutes on the phone to get me into the building, which added to my frustration after a long day of travel. Overall, communication from the team was unclear. The email instructions I received were made in bulk for everyone and not straightforward, and I was asked to pay an additional €50 after having already paid a non-refundable reservation. This additional charge was communicated at the last minute, with the promise that the amount would be refunded later. I had no problem with the checkout I received the confirmation saying was all fine but the money still not back to my account as you can see from the attached picture. While the property is clean, it is not as modern as advertised. Despite the electronic entry system, the room lacks basic amenities, such as USB ports, a proper coat hanger, and even a bottle of water, considering there are no options within walking distance. I genuinely wonder how this property receives an 8 rating in reviews; it seems unrealistic. The management needs to make several improvements, including clearer and more reliable check-in instructions, clear communication, a backup access solution for guests without internet, and more transparency regarding additional charges.

the room was very clean, plus the WC, the location was quite good, self check-in was quite smooth, I recommend it.

the price is high, but maybe this is just Luxembourg, the online chat sometime take long time.
