Clean, spacious accommodation in central location with very friendly staff

Domus is situated in a great spot for accessing all shops and the old town, staff were friendly and they have comfy pill

Great location, friendly staff, close to shops and the old town, quiet despite being on a busy road, fully equipped kitchenette.

Very old tv, couldn’t access Netflix etc, lino on the floor gave the room a stark feeling but that’s not a big deal.

Great location for time in Luxembourg

Excellent location, quick (free) tram from station. Walking distance to everything in old town. Close to grocery store. Well equipped. Comfortable bed linen.

Bed legs were a bit wobbly and mattress had a "roll together" dip, but these are minor points.

Good location, close to the center and tram, spacious room, good price for the city.

Difficult to check in on Sunday when no one was there. They sent a code in an email that I did not see. Felt a. Little like an Airbnb. I like hotels.

We loved Luxembourg and this hotel location was perfect, modern and had lots of room for 3 adults!

We stayed quite a few days and then returned here at the end of our trip. The hotel was accommodating — provided us a room on the fly for the return. The lobby was cozy and fun to have the water/drinks bar. We loved our kitchen that was very well stocked.

A great place to stay in Luxembourg!

What a wonderful find in Luxembourg! The property was extremely clean, our kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed, and Bertie, who worked the front desk, was more than helpful and kind. They have an “honesty bar” with cold juices, soft drinks and beer as well as available filtered water for guests that tasted great. The hotel’s location is a plus as well. It is within walking distance of city center and the old town. Even though public transportation is free, we only used it once because everything was so close. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through Luxembourg.

Great location, large comfortable room with great facilites.

Safe parking. Kitchen facilities were amazing and breakfast easy to provide oneself or go to the many cafes nearby. Bed large and comfortable . Shower great. The staff in reception were excellent. Easy walk to museums and old city. Very exclusive shops within minutes (too exclusive for me!) and a supermarket if you wish to self cater.

There are small nice kitchenettes in the room, excellent given the high prices in Luxembourg city. The design was friendly. Staff very helpful. The location was perfect, between old town and park belt, with supermarket, shops and weekly market in a few minutes walking distance.

Good location, maybe more appropriate for a longer stay

Good location near the centre in Haute-Ville. Easy-to-understand instructions for late-check-in (although in the end we arrived early and didn't need them). The air-conditioning was effective and quiet. On a longer stay the kitchen-appliances would have been useful.

The welcome at the reception was very long and included a tour of the room, which was unnecessary in my opinion. There were quite a lot of instructions about what not to do -- maybe a bit too much. I would have preferred a carpet in the room rather than linoleum (personal taste?).

Do not stay here if you have to check-in in the evening

Good location.

We were unable to check in and access our room. Their reception closes in the evening. No one answered their 'emergency' phone number. They left a key for us in the key-safe, but gave us the wrong code. We could not acccess our room.

Everything was great! proximity to old town, stores, park. Clean and comfortable room, and ability to get a private parking space. Love the "honesty bar" (much like Switzerland with an honor system) and staff very helpful

Hotel with own garage in the city center.

Ingenious location in the very center of the city. The hotel has its own garage, which is invaluable if you have bicycles with you. It's good to know that the entrance to the garage is in the same building as the hotel (so you don't accidentally enter the underground public garage in front of the hotel). The hotel has excellent accommodation units, spacious with a kitchen and everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Free city transportation is an added plus for this city, because as long as you are in the city, you no longer need your car.

Overall surprisingly delightful

Fantastic location—just steps from the city center and transportation hub. Only 30 minutes from the airport, and the hotel is right nearby. Filtered water is available downstairs, and you’re welcome to take it up to your room. Everything was well thought out. Arriving late? No problem—you’ll receive clear instructions on how to access your key. Raining outside? Grab one of communal umbrellas positioned conveniently near the exit. The room included a Nespresso machine with three coffee pods, sugar, and milk. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, and impressively, the knives were actually sharp—a rare find in apartment hotels. Additional amenities included an iron with ironing board and a hair dryer. The room was quiet, making for peaceful and relaxing mornings. It was fairly basic, but very functional, which was exactly what I was looking for.

If I had to point out one minor criticism, it would be that the bed mattresses were a bit on the thin side and could be more comfortable. That said, it wasn’t a major issue—I still got a good night’s sleep, and it barely registered as a concern.

Conveniently located room

The apartment is conveniently located in a central place in Luxembourg. You can basically reach by foot all major attractions. The room includes all kind of tools so you can even prepare your own food. There are people coming daily to pick your rubbish if necessary, but you have full privacy.

Perfect location - good price - big and cosy room

The room was very functional. It had ventilation and air conditioning - so it was always comfy to be inside. Our room had access to the backyard, which was perfect for our 2 year old child. Fresh water was available for free in the lobby. Parking was very convenient and spacious. We managed to get our bulky car in and out without issues. Even if we had some issues or concerns - the staff was very polite and helpful. Managed to assist and answer all our questions.

Just another pair of thinner pillows would be a nice touch. The ones in the room were not comfy for us.

Good Value for the Money

The Hotel is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Just bordering the city center, a few steps from tram and buses (which are free in Luxembourg), with easy connections to the airport and, really, everywhere. If location is a priority this hotel is a solid choice. It has a fitness center and a shared laundry room with washing and drying machines, which we did not use. They offered us private parking, which we did not use either. Luxembourg can be an expensive city and we feel this hotel offers good value for the money.

There is no on-site restaurant or bar, (but there are plenty options nearby, full or fast service). The beds were hard. Even though we did not care, the reception has limited hours, it does not work 24 hrs, it could be something to consider, if you need a late check-in.

Comfortable hotel in city center

Very comfortable apart-hotel, well furnished studio with kitchenette. Wonderful location, right in the city center. The best part was private parking facility. The cost of parking is actually lesser than public parking areas.

Exceptional Stay at Domus Hotel

I had an outstanding experience at Domus Hotel in Luxembourg. The location is absolutely exceptional – right in the heart of the city, close to everything you could possibly need: shops, restaurants, historical sites, and public transport. Despite its central setting, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was truly impressive – everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality stay in Luxembourg City

The location is great, the management is super helpful and courteous, the room was clean and well organized with all the amenities that I needed to manage my own stay and have private evenings

The bathroom door swung open and in the way of the entry door. The fire alarm went off one night when another guest toasted something too vigorously. At that time there was no staff on site.

This is fantastic accommodation for a short stay in the centre of Luxembourg

A perfect place to stay for a short stay in the centre of Luxembourg. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating allowing us a late check out. The accommodation is located very close to the tram and bus stops so easy to get from the airport (public transport is free).

Excellent location, excellent hotel with everything you need, clean and kind staff!

The hotel was excellent in every sense. Excellent location, very central. Near to the Gare Centrale (just 3 stops by tram, which is free and the stop is just 5 minutes walk). The facilities were excellent, the hotel provided eerything, great kitchen complete (cutlery, pots, hobs, cups, plates, everything you need in a kitchen!) oven, microwave, hobs, kettle, everything in perfect conditions. A table to eat and even a desk to work. TV and everything you need. We are very happy and we would definitely go back there again if we are ever in Luxembourg! The staff were kind and very helpful as well. Happy with the whole stay! Also very clean! On the first day they received us with a lovely plate with snacks as we arrived in the afternoon, that was a really nice gesture! ALL EXCELLENT :)
