Staff were always polite, attentive, and proactive. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool while the cruise passed through Ha Long Bay. The scenery looked like a movie. Thanks God, we have a very good weather on arrival day. Mr. Lucas and Tom Cruise from the restaurant team provided excellent service during dinner and even helped recommend local dishes to try

The family room was spacious and the private balcony and bathtub was amazing for photos. The visit to Sung Sot Cave was definitely the most impressive part of the trip. The formations inside were unbelievable. Mr. Johnathan was an excellent guide and took great care of older guests during excursions.

The boat itself is beautiful and feels very new and luxurious. Staff service was beyond expectations. The squid fishing activity at night was actually very fun even though none of us caught anything. The crew kept laughing and teaching us patiently.Mr. Tom Cruise at the bar prepared an excellent Vietnamese-style cocktail for us during the evening.
Staff told me that I was lucky because catching two squids at night. But I want to catch more, they promised to make Calamari to me if I got five Squids. I gave up from two and keep dancing and singing at outdoor bar.

The food was not good at all, and the cruise was not moving—it was static at the very beginning of Ha Long Bay.
