We did a Ha Long Bay cruise with Ambassador Cruise and loved every moment of it. What stood out most was the incredible staff, who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The buffet offered an outstanding selection of delicious dishes, and the multi-course dinner was simply superb—every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour. They took great care to provide delicious halal and vegetarian meals for us, which we really appreciated. The live singer on board created a wonderful atmosphere and made our final night even more memorable. We also loved the little adventures and activities throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more special. It was an unforgettable journey from start to finish, and we would highly recommend Ambassador Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

The cruise ship itself was old and outdated. However the staff on this cruise were the most courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to ensure that our halal dietary requirements were met.The cruise manager Kamilla was simply amazing and deserves five stars for the way she operates this cruise.
The owners of this cruise ship need to renovate the entire ship. It is slowly crumbling down and it appears as if no or little maintenance is being carried out.
