Through no one’s fault but the waiting to see whether the cruise would go ahead due to storms in the vicinity.

A courteous english speaking staff and personal attentiveness. Good indian vegetarian food as promised for all day long servings. Clear briefing and time to time instructions.
Rooms were a bit smelly. The Bathroom needs more cloth hooks. Literally no ward robe to keep the clothes and had to managed driectly from the luggage. For Vietnam standards Coffee could have been better than what was served.

Clean and friendly staff
Tour guide said nothing, told us nothing about the area when doing activities. On another boat I’ve been was given more history about the location.

The staff are way beyond my expectations
A/C in the room you can't adjust the vent it's directed to our beds. A/C in the reception is poor A/C in the Dining Hall is poor A/C overall needs some improvement.
