The best part about the cruise was your staff. They are extremely friendly and supportive. They took very good care of us. Special mention to the CHEF on duty who made fantastic vegetarian meals for us and the staff too ensured we get many vegetarian options.

I felt some basic and non-negotiable things were missing. There should be no limit on water/tea and coffee for all guests. In all premium hotels/resorts, this is included. Some drink lots of water and some don't. I, for e.g. need lots of water in the morning (especially in such extreme heat) as soon as I wake up and then immediately need a black coffee or tea. To have to pay for basics is not a good experience. Also, we were promised kayaking as an experience when we booked our tickets. But due to your internal issue, we only got to swim. Whereas, close to our cruise, the guests of Capella Cruise were seen kayaking. So if they managed and you didn't was indeed very poor. There was no information from your staff on why kayaking is not happening unless we ask for it.

This cruise exceeded all expectations. The staff were extremely kind and the activities were excellent throughout the trip. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, a great size for a couple, and a balcony ideal for relaxing, stretching, or enjoying the views. The common areas were beautiful and very comfortable for spending time with family. The food was incredible, with great variety and a buffet that was always well stocked. A special mention to the staff for helping organise my father-in-law’s birthday celebration — they surprised him at dinner with a song, arranged a cake, balloons, and even took a photo and printed it for us. Truly unforgettable service.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, and the team was informative and attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the high safety standards, the thoughtful welcome with rose petals and fresh tea, and the enjoyable live night show. The food was delicious, and overall service was warm and efficient.

The onboard activities felt short and limited relative to the length of the cruise. The bay water was not clean enough for swimming, and the visit to the fishing village was underwhelming, with little to see beyond a fish pedicure setup that did not appear hygienic.
