Overall, we had a good experience. The scenery and activities were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the food could be improved, the cleanliness could be better, and the transportation to and from Hanoi was quite long and tiring. Despite that, we still enjoyed the cruise and would recommend it.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, and the team was informative and attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the high safety standards, the thoughtful welcome with rose petals and fresh tea, and the enjoyable live night show. The food was delicious, and overall service was warm and efficient.
The onboard activities felt short and limited relative to the length of the cruise. The bay water was not clean enough for swimming, and the visit to the fishing village was underwhelming, with little to see beyond a fish pedicure setup that did not appear hygienic.
