Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff were amazing and spoke excellent English. Harry, our tour guide, was fantastic! He made sure everyone was taken care of and explained the caves and all the other activities really well. He always had a friendly smile, and you could tell he genuinely loved what he does.

I thought Harry, the cruise manager, was an excellent tour guide. On the second day, the activities were much more engaging, and it felt like we explored far more of the bay without the crowds

For the price we paid, we were disappointed. The food service felt like generic canteen-style meals, and the first day’s experiences were basic—especially being taken to the tourist trap of the pearl farm shop. Evenings lacked atmosphere, and on several occasions the small boat driver crashed into the side while docking without warning. On the second day, our shower flooded due to clogged drains, and since only Vietnamese-speaking crew members were available, it was difficult to communicate the issue. We had to clean the water ourselves as it spread into our cabin. On the first day, we also had to leave our cabin unlocked because the electronic locking system was out of charge, though this was fixed later that day.
