Tulip Cruise

Amazing staff for our stay. Flora was accommodating for all our on board activities, she also joined us on our hike. Danny was knowledgeable for our day trip to the caves as well as our hike. Both helped our children throughout our stay including our youngest, 7, on our hike up the big hill (Danny) and my daughter, 13, when she developed a cough (Flora). The rooms and boat are as per the pictures. Food was exceptional and had something for everyone.

There was not anything to dislike.

Beautiful and relaxing facilities.

Alice and kim were very polite and assisted us with our queries. Good hospitality.

The boat is brand new and beautiful.

For a 5 star brand new boat the food was not good at all. The staff was very sweet but you could tell that several were not well trained. On our way back to the dock we were crammed on a smaller boat that boat died and we had to be towed back in. We were crammed like sardines in a hot sweltering boat for at least 20 minutes before a boat arrived to tow us in. I was concerned people would start passing out. You do not expect this for a 5 star experience and boat that is just a few months old. All we got was an "I'm sorry"
