Tulip Cruise by HAG

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay on this luxury cruise as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids, 11 & 13) as 1 night, 2 days. From the moment we stepped onboard, everything exceeded our expectations. The boat itself is impeccable—beautifully designed, spotless, and truly luxurious in every detail. Our accommodation was perfect for a family, with two very spacious bedrooms with huge bathrooms and baths in each connected by interconnecting doors, giving us both privacy and peace of mind with the kids close by. absolutely loved the balconies! The food was exceptional throughout the trip, with a wide variety of dishes that were consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a special occasion, and the extensive drinks list meant there was always something perfect to pair with the experience. The views were simply spectacular—breathtaking scenery at every turn, making it hard to put the camera down. What truly made the trip stand out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Special shout out to Jannie 🤗 who made sure we were comfortable and our youngest eater had a good selection of food to meet her needs. We made the most of all the activities on offer, and it really added to the experience. Our kids especially loved the kayaking and swimming in the bay with the inflatable pontoon, tai chi session (perfect start to the day and we hadn’t done this before) and the island bike ride with the squid fishing (a surprise)

It was brilliant, the boat, its ammenities and activities really were outstanding! The staff went over and beyond for our friends wedding anniversary and birthday, really a highlight of our Vietnam holiday! Brilliant with the kids also! Play room was genius!

The cruise is very clean and comfortable The crew were very freindly. The cruise manager Kim and the waiter Julia provided excellent service and were very helpful and supportive throughout our journey.

The boat is brand new and beautiful.

For a 5 star brand new boat the food was not good at all. The staff was very sweet but you could tell that several were not well trained. On our way back to the dock we were crammed on a smaller boat that boat died and we had to be towed back in. We were crammed like sardines in a hot sweltering boat for at least 20 minutes before a boat arrived to tow us in. I was concerned people would start passing out. You do not expect this for a 5 star experience and boat that is just a few months old. All we got was an "I'm sorry"
